This Child Safety Standards Policy outlines our zero-tolerance stance against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global child protection laws.
1. Strict 18+ Age Restriction
Partner Community is designed exclusively for adults (aged 18 and older) seeking festive and cultural companions (such as Garba & Navratri dance partners). Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, using the app, or interacting within the service. Any account found to belong to a minor is terminated immediately, and all associated personal data is permanently removed.
2. Zero Tolerance for CSAM & CSAE
We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, solicitation, sharing, or facilitation of any content related to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). We operate under an absolute zero-tolerance policy. Any user who attempts to transmit or solicit such material will be immediately and permanently banned from the platform without warning.
3. Reporting to Law Enforcement & NCMEC
Partner Community complies fully with all applicable child safety reporting laws. In the event of any detected or suspected CSAM/CSAE content or behavior, we immediately preserve all relevant evidence and report the incident directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant international and local law enforcement authorities.
4. Safety Mechanisms & User Reporting
- Mandatory In-App Safety Advisories: Before any companion request is sent, users must view a fraud and safety awareness card.
- Zero Unsolicited In-App Chat: The platform enforces a strict double-opt-in system, preventing uninvited direct messaging or unverified contacts.
- User Reporting & Block System: Users can immediately report suspicious profiles or behavior via in-app actions or directly by emailing our safety team.
