At Partner Community (Sangath Partner), we respect your right to control and permanently delete your personal information. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Method 1: Instant In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
You can instantly delete your entire account directly from within the Partner Community mobile app:
- Open the Partner Community app on your Android or iOS device.
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the My Profile tab (bottom navigation).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion prompt by selecting "Delete My Account".
Your account will be immediately deleted, your active session will be terminated, and you will be returned to the initial screen.
Method 2: Web / Email Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your mobile device, you can submit a manual deletion request:

Account Deletion Request - Partner Community - Details to Include: Please send the email with your registered phone number used during sign-up.
Our team will verify your request and permanently purge your account records within 48 hours of receipt.
What Data is Deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently wiped from our production database (Supabase & Firebase):
- Authentication Record: Your phone number and login credentials in Firebase Auth.
- Profile Data: Display name, age, city, bio, gender, and interests in Supabase PostgreSQL.
- Profile Photos: All uploaded photos removed from cloud storage.
- Connections & Requests: All sent and received partner requests, active matches, and unlocked contact handles.
- Blocked/Reported List: Any personal blocklists or moderation associations.
Data Retention Policy
We do not retain any personal information after deletion. Aggregated, non-identifiable crash analytics (e.g. system stability metrics) may remain solely for technical diagnostic purposes.
