Traffiq: Car Escape Puzzle — operated by Traffiq - AI Apps And Games ("we", "us", "the app").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Traffiq: Car Escape Puzzle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall and stop using the app immediately.

2. Accounts and Privacy

The app operates using a local profile system on your device. We do not require you to create an email/password account to play. Your gameplay progress, high scores, and statistics are stored locally on your device and synchronized with our global leaderboards and Google Play Games Services if connected. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Traffiq offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions to unlock premium vehicle skins, themes, and remove advertisements. All transactions are securely processed by the Google Play Store. Manage, cancel, or request refunds for subscriptions directly through your Google Play account settings. We do not handle credit card processing directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app or help anyone else do so. For example, you must not:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party tools to manipulate leaderboard standings or unlock shop items without purchase.
Use the app for any unlawful purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traffiq - AI Apps And Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
