Traffiq: Car Escape Puzzle ("we", "us", "the app"), operated by Traffiq - AI Apps And Games, respects your privacy. This document explains what data the app collects, why we collect it, and your rights regarding it.
1. Data we collect
We collect the following categories of data when you use the app:

2. How we use your data
- App functionality: Managing gameplay progress, validating leaderboard scores, rendering your nickname on standings, and unlocking purchased vehicle themes or unlimited play passes.
- Analytics: Monitoring overall app usage trends and level completions to improve game mechanics.
- Crash diagnostics: Recording system states at the moment of an error to fix stability issues.
- Developer communications: Sending push notifications to alert you about new features or levels.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party service providers who assist in operating the app:
- Google Firebase (Google LLC): Powers Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging, and Cloud Firestore databases (hosted in the United States us-central1 region). Google Privacy Policy

4. Your rights
Because the app operates on an anonymous guest profile system with no formal email/password accounts, you do not need to register to play.
You can exercise the following rights:
- Opt out of analytics: You can disable analytics tracking at any time under Settings → Privacy → Analytics.
- Request data deletion: If you wish to delete your leaderboard name and all gameplay stats from our Cloud Firestore databases, please email your request along with your unique user ID (found in settings) to kajalkarkar007@gmail.com. We will process and fully purge your data from our servers within 30 days of receiving your email request.
5. Security
We take data security seriously:
- Encryption in Transit: All outbound traffic between the app and our service backends is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS (TLS).
- Secure Local Storage: Critical on-device configuration and local states are stored securely utilizing Android's AES-GCM encrypted keystore mechanisms.
6. Children's Privacy
The app is intended only for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data or leaderboard standings from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted their nickname to the leaderboards, contact us at kajalkarkar007@gmail.com to have it deleted.
7. International Transfers & GDPR (For EU/EEA Users)
As we operate globally, your data is transferred and stored in the United States (Firebase us-central1). By using the app, you consent to this transfer. For EEA users, we ensure appropriate safeguards are maintained. You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your information by emailing kajalkarkar007@gmail.com.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to your collected personal data, know how it is shared, and request its deletion. We do not sell your data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can make deletion requests by emailing kajalkarkar007@gmail.com.
